We want everyone to feel welcome at the Festival.
If cost is a barrier, we offer a limited number of free or reduced tickets. Whether you’re on a low income, part of a local group, or connected to our year-round programme, there may be a pass or discount available for you. Please note that for 2026 we have limited capacity across all screenings and we may not be able to accommodate all requests for concession tickets as we have allocated a set number to each group below. You can read more about the structure and format of the upcoming Festival here.
If you fall into one of the categories below — or you’re unsure and want to ask — please don’t hesitate to get in touch at info@bfmaf.org. All enquiries are handled with care and in confidence.
Low or No Income
If you’re facing financial difficulties and cannot afford to purchase a Pass, email us and we’ll do our best to provide a free Festival Pass or Day Pass.
